A. That baby on our website is our grandaughter Hailey. She is our model.
Q. How long have you been in buisness?
A. We have been in buisness since July of 2002.
Q. How do you buy off your website?
A. You can't, not yet at least, but call us at 320-230-9500.
Q. How long does it take to get in?
A. We don't keep everything instock, it would be imposible for our family buisness. Anything we have to custom order can take from 2-16 weeks. Furniture takes 8-12 weeks, Chairs take 6-8 weeks and bedding takes 2-8 weeks. Backorders may happen but they are out of our control.
Q. Who owns the Stork's 1st Stop?
A. The Stork's 1st Stop is a family owned buisness, Nora Bradwisch has been the owner since July of 2002. We are part of a buying group called ninfra.
Q. Why are there no prices on your website?
A. Several reasons. First we don't offer to ship any furniture. Second, many of our manufactures restrict any prices at all being posted on our website.
Q. What kind of wood are your cribs and dressers made with.
A. Baby's dream cribs and dresser are all solid Brazil Pine. Coccoon cribs are solid birch wood or beach wood.
Q. Do you have oak cribs.
A. Not anymore, oak cribs have gone the way of the dino's and just are not made anymore due to high prices, high costs to ship, and weight issues. Fake oak is always out their, but its nothing like real oak.
